    If you live in Florida, or if the gift is going to a recipient in Florida, then the appropriate Florida Sales Tax will be applied to your order.

  3. Can you let me know if an item is available or not?

    When you are choosing your items, an item availability message will appear on the product detail page. Some products can be back-ordered. However, there may be a wait before they can be shipped.

  5. How do I pay for my purchase?

    We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover through PayPal. We also accept Smigly Gifts Gift Cards. We accept personal checks and money orders. However, your purchases will not be shipped until your check clears the bank.

  7. Do you carry Gift Cards? What denominations do they come in?

    Yes, we do carry Gift Cards. Our Gift Cards come in $10, $25, and $50 denominations.

  9. How do I redeem my Gift Card online?

    It's easy to make purchases with your Gift Card online. Just make your selections and proceed to Checkout as usual. From the Payment Page, click on Use a Gift Card and enter your Gift Card Number located on the back of the card. Then finish checking out.

  11. Can I redeem more than one Gift Card in the same purchase?

    Yes, you can. From the Payment Page, if you have more than one Gift Card, you can enter each Gift Card number, one at a time during checkout. Then finish checking out.

  13. What if I don't use the entire Gift Card amount? Do you carry over the unused portion?

    If your purchase amount is less than the value of the Gift Card, you can apply the balance towards your next purchase. If your purchase amount is greater than the card balance, you will need to make additional payment with a credit card or another Gift Card.

  15. Can I redeem my Gift Card through the mail?

    Yes. You can redeem your Gift Card through the mail. We have mail-order catalogs for just that purpose. Inside the catalog, there is an order form. Fill out the order form. Determine your shipping charge using the instructions on the order form. If your purchase is more than the Gift Card amount, just send a check for the remaining funds. Once your check clears, then we will ship the product to you.

  17. What is your policy regarding customer satisfaction? What if the item is broken? What if the item is not what I ordered?

    We take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind each one. To ensure your satisfaction, all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon arrival, please notify us immediately and we will attempt to correct the situation.
